Trump on Netanyahu’s Pledge: ‘I Solve Problems Fast’

President Donald Trump was asked last night (Monday) at a press conference about Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s declaration that Israeli forces will not withdraw from southern Lebanon, and responded dismissively: “I solve problems. I solve problems very fast, even with Bibi.”

Netanyahu made clear yesterday in a statement to the media that “I stand firm on our remaining in the security zone in southern Lebanon for as long as necessary to protect residents of the north and all citizens of the state.”

Later in his remarks, Trump also addressed Iran, warning that if it doesn’t fulfill its commitments, he will act accordingly: “If Iran doesn’t live up to the agreement, or if they don’t behave the way they should—I’ll do what I have to do.”

The U.S. president claimed the funds being unfrozen for Iran under the understanding are designated solely for purchasing food from the United States: “All that money comes back to us in the form of food purchases, which they desperately need. They have 91 million people; they can’t feed them. So the money we’re releasing goes to our farmers.”

However, Iran rejected his claims. The Tasnim news agency reported that Iran’s central bank governor, Abdolnaser Hemmati, said Tehran is not obligated to purchase agricultural inputs from the United States under the memorandum of understanding, and that the unfrozen funds won’t necessarily be used only for purchasing basic goods.

Fleischmann continued: “Who knows what he told them? Who knows what he’ll tell them when he’s in the government. We’re talking about a Trojan horse, a fifth column.” At that point, co-host Guy Meroz quipped: “Guy’s fifth column.”

Fleischmann turned to Meroz and said, “You’re just a useful idiot. You want to vote for a man who sits with Nazi leaders.” Meroz responded in disbelief: “Why are you talking to me like that?” Fleischmann answered: “Because that’s what you are.” Following the exchange, Meroz left the studio.

Iran Ends ‘Technical Talks’ With U.S. in Switzerland

The Foreign Ministry in Tehran surprisingly announced today (Tuesday) the conclusion of the “technical talks” held by the Iranian delegation with representatives of the Trump administration in Switzerland, despite the fact that this round was supposed to last throughout the entire week.

Afterwards, Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister and head of the technical negotiation team, Kazem Gharibabadi, provided an update on the “successful conclusion” of the technical talks between Iran, the United States, Pakistan, and Qatar, and the completion of preparations for the next phase of high-level contacts.

Yesterday, during a press conference, president Trump warned Iran that if it does not fulfill its obligations, he will act accordingly: “If Iran does not stand by the agreement, or if they do not behave properly, I will do what I have to do.”

Bennett: Areas A and B Will Be ‘Palestinian’ Autonomy

Yachad party leader Naftali Bennett revealed his true position on Judea and Samaria yesterday in an interview with the “HaMangannon” podcast: “Ultimately Area C will be part of the State of Israel, Areas A and B will be part of the ‘Palestinian’ autonomy.”

Bennett stressed that legal Israeli construction in Area C on state lands that aren’t private ‘Palestinian’ property is “blessed,” but made clear: “Construction that is not legal or not in Area C or on private lands is not legitimate.”

When asked how he would act if “things are done illegally,” he responded firmly: “What is not legal will not be, certainly,” explaining: “A certain area is either privately owned by ‘Palestinians’—just like I live in Ra’anana, I won’t let you build on my land.”

The remarks drew a sharp response from Finance Minister and Religious Zionism party chairman Bezalel Smotrich, who attacked on his X account: “Now Bennett, who will be a minister in Eisenkot’s government, is saying it out loud: he will evacuate the farms.”

Smotrich added that “Bennett is saying: a ‘Palestinian’ autonomy’ will be established—meaning a terror state in the heart of the country. Eisenkot’s government will establish a ‘Palestinian’ terror state and destroy the new towns and the agricultural farms. We cannot let them form the next government.”

Benyamin Regional Council head and Yesha Council chairman Israel Gantz said that “Naftali Bennett announced this evening the establishment of a terror state ten minutes from his home in Ra’anana. Already today we face an army of about 50,000 armed soldiers of the ‘Palestinian’ Authority—a corrupt, terror-encouraging entity led by Iran. After the massacre in the Gaza envelope, only someone ignoring reality could propose giving this army strategic territory in the heart of the country.”

Efforts Begin to Return Bodies of 5 Dead in US

ZAKA’s international unit said Monday that efforts are continuing to release the bodies of five Israelis killed in two separate accidents in the United States. The operation is being coordinated with the Foreign Ministry, local authorities, and the Jewish organization Misaskim to bring them for burial in Israel as soon as possible.

According to ZAKA, procedures in Los Angeles have been completed to release the bodies of two Israelis in their 40s who were killed Sunday in a single-vehicle car crash in the Malibu area. After completing identification and documentation with authorities and accompanying the families, the caskets are expected to land in Israel on Wednesday and will be brought for burial in Yavne and Ramla.

Meanwhile, efforts continue to release the bodies of three Israelis killed in a small plane crash in the eastern United States: Yoav Bomrind from Zichron Yaakov, David Rabinovich from Haifa, and  Elad Naidik from Toronto. The plane, which was traveling from New Jersey to Maryland, was located hours after the crash when the local police dispatch center received an automatic alert from the iPhone of one of the victims.

NYC Mayor Backs ‘Hamas Squad’ Congressional Candidates

The New York Post revealed Sunday that New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani is leading what critics call the “Hamas Squad”—a group of congressional candidates he’s backing who maintain ideological and political connections to figures linked to the terrorist organization.

Heading the list are Brad Lander, Claire Valdez, and Darializa Avila Chevalier—figures whose worldview includes open hostility to Israel and support for extreme anti-Zionist messaging.

The candidates’ connection to social media influencer Bartley Blakeley, known for her support of Hamas, exposes the depth of backing and the alarm it’s raising in the city’s Jewish communities. Blakeley, who serves as a conduit for spreading the candidates’ messages, has compared Yahya Sinwar to distinguished historical leaders and refused to condemn the October 7 massacre.

Radical Agenda Under City Hall’s Patronage

The candidates backed by Mamdani have openly declared their intention to work in Washington against Israel’s interests, using rhetoric that labels security aid “funding genocide.”

Darializa Avila Chevalier, one of the prominent candidates, previously sparked public controversy after she was documented participating in a pro-‘Palestinian’ demonstration. Mamdani’s official support for these candidates, alongside his consistent refusal to condemn Hamas or support its disarmament, places him in a position many define as undermining the Jewish community’s security.

Leaders in the Jewish community are furious over Mamdani’s conduct, arguing it represents deliberate delegitimization of Jews. Dov Hikind, founder of Americans Against Antisemitism, emphasized that the city’s political system has changed in an alarming way, with support for Hamas, Iran, and Hezbollah becoming a “ticket to entry” into progressive power circles. William Jacobson, a law professor, added that the attempt to disguise antisemitism under the cover of “anti-Zionism” is the first step toward a hostile and dangerous administration.

Secretaty Bessnet wrote in his X social media account:

“Under President Donald Trump and VP J.D. Vance, we continue to make the world safer and more prosperous. In line with the ongoing productive talks in Switzerland, Iran has committed to free and open transit in the Strait of Hormuz and to permit International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) inspectors into their country. As part of the framework, Treasury has issued a temporary 60-day general license authorizing the production, delivery, and sale of Iranian oil.”

The temporary sanctions relief comes as part of the ongoing diplomatic talks between the two countries.

Netanyahu: Our Forces Have Full Freedom to Act

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed testimonies today (Monday) from fighters on the ground who claim their hands are being tied in the face of deadly attacks by the Hezbollah terror organization, asserting: “The directive is clear and has not changed: our fighters in southern Lebanon have full freedom of action to thwart any direct or emerging threat to themselves or to the residents of the north.”

Netanyahu further clarified that “the IDF faces no restrictions in this matter,” and emphasized his backing for the fighters who are being attacked even during the ceasefire: “I stand behind them, and the entire nation stands behind them.”

Additionally, the Prime Minister addressed reports regarding an Israeli withdrawal, declaring: “I stand firm that we will remain in the security zone in southern Lebanon for as long as required to protect the residents of the north and all citizens of the country.”

Earlier today, Middle East analyst Yoni Ben Menachem issued a severe warning during an interview with Tal Meir ahead of the start of talks in Washington: “Security officials informed me that talks are already beginning regarding an Israeli withdrawal from areas we captured, including the Beaufort.”

According to him, “The Americans are already trying to dictate our exit from Lebanon before the issue of Hezbollah’s disarmament has been resolved. Our sons are falling there, and now they want us to fold without a serious solution that guarantees the safety of northern residents against an invasion by the Radwan Force, anti-tank missiles, and rocket fire—these developments are extremely dangerous.”

  • Trump’s Double Game: What’s Behind the Iran Outreach?

Trump’s Double Game: What’s Behind the Iran Outreach?

Dr. Dan Diker appeared Monday on the morning show hosted by Tal Meir and offered a sharp analysis of the security and political situation. Diker, who participated in the JNS conference in Jerusalem with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and senior Fox News figures, believes Israel’s exclusion from the Lebanon de-escalation cells was intentional. He emphasizes that the prime minister’s media silence stems from precise awareness of every detail in the negotiations, and that security coordination between the countries is far deeper and more significant than previously known.

Diker explained that President Trump must secure economic wins ahead of the midterm elections in four months: “The president has to buy time at any cost.” According to him, “He probably told his son-in-law and Witkoff: I need the Strait of Hormuz open, I have to bring down oil prices, I need industrial quiet for the next four months. That’s his central goal.”

Regarding JD Vance, Diker argues he’s being used as a political tool: “Vance represents the isolationist, critical MAGA approach. He gives the president maneuvering room to voice tough positions toward Israel designed to calm the electoral base, while the president flips 1,000 degrees from what he said before. It’s all part of the game.”

The Iranians, according to Diker, understand American and Israeli politics deeply—perhaps even better than the Americans themselves. They’re exploiting the dynamics to isolate Israel in the corner on everything related to Lebanon, while blatantly violating the “strange and problematic” memorandum of understanding. Iran is using Israel as an excuse to delay, blame, and pressure Trump to extract additional concessions.

Diker proposed a clear action plan for Jerusalem: “Israeli ministers need to stay quiet. Don’t respond to every statement by JD Vance and don’t clash frontally and publicly with the administration.” Diker stressed that as a democracy “we’re allowed to do everything, we’re not the 51st state,” but you need to know how the client—meaning the president—operates.

As for the northern border, Diker heard personally from the prime minister that Israel will not withdraw from Lebanon: “We’re staying there at any cost. Israel must have strategic depth and defensible borders. We’re not moving south from the Litani.” Diker noted there’s deep agreement between the sides on Israel’s security needs, and that the details of small operational matters are critical to success.

In conclusion, Diker calls for cautious optimism, emphasizing that security coordination is the core that allows Israel to keep fighting for its borders, even within the global political storm.
