Court Orders IDF to Release Jewish Father of Newborn

Following a grueling 38-day hunger strike, Jewish activist Tal Yinon Dardik won an unconditional release from custody after the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court struck down a military administrative order against him. Dardik, who faced arbitrary restrictions for his grassroots work establishing strategic outposts and defending Jewish land in Judea and Samaria, successfully stood up to what was called the defense establishment's overreach, securing a decisive victory for civil rights and the re-establishment of towns in the heartland of Israel.
