IDF forces identified three terrorists emerging from a tunnel shaft in the Khan Younis area of Gaza and eliminated them in an airstrike, the military said Monday.
According to the IDF, forces spotted the terrorists on Sunday. Shortly after, an aircraft struck both the shaft and the terrorists, killing all three.
Footage from the strike shows the three terrorists exiting the shaft, followed by the precision hit on them and the terror infrastructure. Following the strike, secondary explosions were observed—clear evidence of significant weapons and combat equipment hidden inside the shaft, which was completely destroyed.
The IDF emphasized that Southern Command forces remain deployed in the area in accordance with the ceasefire agreements. Troops will continue operating decisively to remove any immediate threat to residents of southern Israel and forces operating in the field, the military said.
