Thai authorities have deported Kevin Dimino, the French manager of an animal park in Koh Samui, after he flew a PLO flag at the site and posted signs banning Israelis from entering.

According to the deportation order signed by Thai Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul and Interior Minister Anutin Charnvirakul, Dimino displayed threatening and harassing behavior, physically attacked others, caused disturbances, and “created severe racial and religious division,” including among tourists. The order also noted his conduct was reckless and could have endangered people and property.
The Interior Ministry said Dimino’s behavior violated public order, accepted morals, and public welfare, making it necessary to expel him from the kingdom under Section 5 of the Deportation Act of 1956.

The order against Dimino comes just days after Thailand also deported an Israeli citizen who confronted and threatened him. The Israeli was convicted of making threats and engaging in behavior that “inflicted fear and distress on another person.”
