Two handguns, a hunting rifle, ammunition and other combat equipment were found in Dheisheh in the Judea district. At the site, forces also discovered a BMW that was allegedly stolen during an armed robbery of an Arab Israeli citizen near the town of Ubeidiya last June.
During the search, forces seized two handguns—a Sig Sauer and a Glock—a hunting rifle, magazines, ammunition, body armor and additional weapon parts. Three ‘Palestinians’ were arrested on suspicion of involvement in weapons offenses. The suspects, weapons and findings were transferred to the Judea District Police’s Hetz unit for further investigation. The investigation into the BMW theft is also being handled at the Etzion station.
