A 20-year-old Arab man staying in Israel illegally was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of sexually assaulting two minors and a woman while they were in the water at Charles Clore Beach in Tel Aviv. The incident occurred in the evening hours, when police received a report about a man suspected of committing the acts while the victims were in the water.
