1+The bulk of the approval—673 housing units—goes to the settlement of Eli in the Binyamin Regional Council. The dramatic expansion is expected to double the size of the central settlement. Meanwhile, 90 additional units were approved in the Har Hadar Local Council near Jerusalem. Authorities also approved close to 500 square meters of land for construction in the city of Givat Ze’ev.
