While Iran rejects every American proposal for an agreement, the Revolutionary Guards continue preparing for the next conflict. Various global media reports indicate that the Iranian organization conducted a ballistic missile test flight within the country today (Sunday)—the first such test since the start of Operation “Roaring Lion.”
The large-scale exercises conducted by the IRGC in Iran are still underway, the largest since February 28.

These reports emerge amidst news that Iran has managed to preserve facilities and infrastructure for manufacturing missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), despite extensive strikes aimed at degrading its military capabilities.
Western officials, speaking on condition of anonymity due to the sensitivity of the assessments, told Bloomberg that Tehran retains the capacity to manufacture new weaponry and replenish stockpiles depleted during the war. This refers to active production capabilities, rather than merely existing weapons inventories held by the regime.

In addition to maintaining domestic production capabilities, a Western official claimed that Russia is supplying missiles to Iran—a move that could assist the regime in rebuilding its military strength. This claim aligns with earlier intelligence assessments published in June, which indicated that new Russian weaponry had reached Iranian arsenals. The Russian Defense Ministry did not respond to Bloomberg’s request for comment, and there has been no official confirmation from Moscow regarding the missile transfers.
