The IDF is hunting for a second terrorist who escaped after a ramming attack attempt in the Binyamin region Monday.
Troops rushed to the area near Kfar Ramon following reports of a burning vehicle and two terrorists—one armed with a knife. An Israeli civilian shot and neutralized one armed attacker.
Large forces are now pursuing the second terrorist who fled the scene.
