An initiative first revealed on the C14 website has rapidly evolved into one of the largest public diplomacy and settlement endeavors in Judea and Samaria: over 40,000 Israeli visitors have participated so far in organized tours of agricultural farms established by Minister of Finance and Minister within the Defense Ministry Bezalel Smotrich.

The enterprise began as a quiet collaboration led by Minister Smotrich alongside Judea and Samaria regional councils and Jewish organizations, intended to forge direct ties between the broader Israeli public and newly founded agricultural outposts established over the past two years.
According to data received by C14, the project is currently in its fourth consecutive day and will continue tomorrow. Since its launch, hundreds of guided tours have taken place, drawing families, youth groups, pre-military leadership academies, organized labor unions, and neighborhood resident committees from across the country.

The itineraries include meetings with local farming families, guided treks through strategic open lands safeguarded from illegal takeover, and briefings on the ongoing revolution. Sources close to the minister emphasize that the overarching objective is to restore the Israeli public’s presence throughout Area C, provide robust economic and awareness support to the farms, and create a direct physical connection to the pioneer enterprise on the ground.
Officials familiar with the initiative note that visitor turnout surged in recent months after the initial report on C14, triggering an influx of inquiries and widespread demand for tour slots. The project is financed largely through the Religious Zionist Party budget allocated toward bolstering young settlement outposts and advancing agricultural tourism throughout Judea and Samaria, forming part of a comprehensive policy aimed at expanding Israeli settlement and thwarting illegal Arab takeovers of open state territory.
