Sirens sounded in Jordan today (Tuesday) after Iran announced that it had launched what Tehran described as a “decisive” retaliatory attack against U.S. forces in the country. Iranian reports said missiles were launched toward American military bases in Jordan in response to the ongoing wave of U.S. strikes on Iran.
Iran’s Fars News Agency confirmed that missiles and drones had been launched from Iranian territory as part of the attack. The Iranian response comes as the U.S. military continues its latest wave of strikes against targets inside Iran.
