The IDF struck Saturday in the Khan Younis area of southern Gaza, killing Yasser Abu al-Khair and Mohammed al-Adin, two terrorists in Hamas’s Nukhba force, according to an IDF spokesperson.
The military said the two had recently been advancing terror plots against IDF forces and Israeli civilians, and were working to rebuild the terror organization’s capabilities. The IDF said their activities constituted a systematic violation of the ceasefire, and that they were eliminated to remove the threat.
IDF forces under Southern Command are deployed in the area in accordance with the ceasefire agreement, and the military said it will continue to act to remove any threat.
