Trump: Gaza Peace Council Has a Deal to Fully Disarm Hamas

President Donald Trump announced overnight Thursday that “the Gaza Peace Council has achieved a historic agreement for the complete disarmament of Hamas and all other armed groups in the Strip.” According to Trump, “This is a monumental step forward toward sustainable peace and security. Israel will have the security it deserves. Gaza will no longer serve as a base for terror attacks. The threat that emerged from the Gaza Strip on October 7 will not be rebuilt.”
