The U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem issued a security alert Thursday warning American citizens in Israel to brace for potential disruptions as regional tensions mount.
“Due to heightened tensions in the Middle East, the security environment remains complex, with the potential for unforeseen escalation,” the embassy said. “U.S. citizens should exercise increased caution, stay alert, and be prepared for possible flight cancellations, airspace closures, and additional travel and transportation disruptions.”
