The IDF announced Monday that its forces struck in Gaza City and killed Osama Naim Hamdi Shamlakh, who served as a unit ‘commander’ in Hamas’s naval force. According to the military, the operative worked throughout the war and recently to rebuild and strengthen the naval force and advance terror operations in the maritime arena.
In a separate strike in northern Gaza, three armed Hamas terrorists were killed as they tried to advance terror plots against Israeli forces. The IDF said the operatives posed an immediate threat to troops operating in the area and were killed in precision airstrikes.
