According to the President, Tehran has fully and absolutely agreed to the highest level of nuclear inspection—a commitment that will apply “indefinitely”—despite denials from Iran over the past 24 hours.
1+Trump clarified that this step was designed to ensure complete “nuclear integrity,” and that without this agreement, no further talks would have taken place. Following the Iranian commitment and the significant concessions presented, the President announced his decision to leave the Strait of Hormuz open to free navigation and to cancel the planned naval blockade. However, Trump emphasized that the U.S. Navy remains deployed and ready to reinstate the blockade at any time if necessary.
As part of the agreements, Trump made it clear that the funds and sanctions released by the U.S. Department of the Treasury will be transferred to a U.S.-monitored trust account. These funds will be earmarked exclusively for the purchase of food and medical supplies, and the purchases will be made solely from the United States, giving priority to American farmers with an emphasis on exporting corn, wheat, and soybeans.

According to him, the downward trend in oil prices, combined with the new arrangements, is making the world a much safer and more stable place.
